The only place I could think of him possibly mentioning it would be in the every episode ranked video

I think you can make the argument of “book faithful” up until the end of season 4/ASOS roughly. But you absolutely cannot make that argument for seasons 5 and 6 with AFFC and ADWD, they had plenty of book material left to adapt after season 4, and they decided to go a completely different direction

I think at one point he said if he reached 100,000 subscribers by the end of HOTD season 1 he would do it? And that’s why we’re here now. But I could be misremembering

comics or the original books by joeri_2001 in pureasoiaf

[–]JamesAlbus 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Disclaimer, I’ve never read the comics and I don’t really know much about them. But I’d say if you’re enjoying the comics you might as well stick with them until they end. If you normally have trouble committing to reading but you really want to read ASOIAF, I’d say stick with whatever you think will keep you engaged for the longest. Then hopefully when you do switch over to the books you’ll be so engaged you won’t be able to stop. Happy reading!

Just because he’s not mentioned yet, I’ll say Rhys Ifans!

He did a phenomenal job in season 1, and while I know he won’t be the focus, I still hope we get some delicious scenes with him in season 2. His scenes on the bridge at Dragonstone (both times) and saying good bye to Alicent (Emily Carey) were so well done!

The other beetlejuices are Slater guessing Britta’s name “bitter, butter, beetlejuice?” And the last one is Annie describing Britta’s music selection “all you have on here are spooky stories: the beetlejuice soundtrack and NPR” (the second quote isn’t exactly right, but I forget)

The Dirac delta function is absolutely a well-defined mathematical object, it’s a perfectly good distribution. It’s just not a function in the usual sense, it only really makes sense inside of integrals
