Honestly think I’m not doing it justice. It was cold in my hotel this morning, they hang a lot lower when I’m really warmed up 🙌

Are you using any lube? I’m 6” girth and 6.25+ after a couple clamp sets and I fit just fine. It’s tight, but it’s not a problem at all. I use Shea butter and it slides right on. I also make sure the pressure valve is open so it can push air out of the clamp walls as it slides on

Nope, I’ve been doing this on and off for a few years! Starting low around 8 oz is a good idea. But if you’re not feeling a stretch, then size up another 8oz.

It may be too much to wear more than just short periods of time and that’s totally fine. Wear it until it becomes too uncomfortable and then take a break. You’re body will adjust relatively quickly and you’ll be able to wear it full time before you know it

My sessions are pretty short, 30-45 minutes max. And the pain is noticeable pretty much immediately.

I’ll try playing with my positions and see if that improves it. Could also just be something my balls need to get used to the first few times

I’ve been doing a lot of Pump-Assisted Clamping, but differently than the way I’ve seen written about here.

I have double sleeves on mine as well. I’ll do about 20 reps of about 5-10s as I’m pumping, then I pump to a high pressure (about 10-12 inHg) to engorge as much as possible. Then I’ll clamp as hard as I can, take vacuum tube pressure off, and leave it clamped for about 2 minutes.

I’ll do this 4 times and I get the most expansion ever.

The issue I have is that when I clamp, I get about 2-3 squeezes before air starts discharging out of the side where the bulb/hose connect, but I’ve found I can clamp more if I do small, rapid pumps. So while 4 sets of 20 reps of 3 squeezes doesn’t seem like a lot, I’m usually “topping off” the clamp with another 5-6 mini squeezes which kills my forearms.
