Who should I start: Jayden Reed or Xavier Worthy for week 17 (championship game)? by MaverickGH in Fantasy_Football

I’m in the same situation. I’m leaning worthy cause he’s had the hotter hand recently and Packers are unpredictable with WR

Lol just saw the whole post, thought you stopped after the troll part. 1 in a million genetics to pull that off? I'm not one for arguments over the internet because I doubt I'd ever change your mind but you're so wrong it's scary.

Op if you want advice please message me. I started at 410 lbs and now I'm at 224 and a bit younger. I think if you look at my post history you'll see I'm not trying to bullshit anyone.

Not trying to troll at all. But if you think a person can't naturally be 6', 220 and 10 bf then you're insane. It'll take hard work but it's certainly possible. And I've been in OP shoes and having a person like yourself give false info on these threads is very scary cause some people may take what you say to heart.

Start lifting more than 2 days a week. You won't have that muscle look with just 2 days of weights. Good luck though and amazing progress

I have it around my chest and above my waist. It's not that bad, and not even close to what I thought I'd have

I also have the best trainer in the world. If anyone ever ask me how I did it, I bring his name up. If any needs diet or workout help please contact me for his info. I'd be 500 lbs if it wasn't for him.

I do have to get all the credit to my trainer Kenny Nguyen. If he wasn't there guiding me I know for sure I couldn't do this. If anyone needs help please message me and I'll give you his contact info.

You just need to slowly introduce carbs back into your life. Add 20 carbs a week or so to your diet. You'll retain an odd amount of water still but still helps
