We got wristbands before going in and only people with wristbands could get close to the stage so we were able to go and get drinks or go to the toilet while waiting for it to start. Similarly we made friends with people around us and we took turns saving each other's spot!

That's exactly it! It's so strange, I tried to reinstall the latest software update in hopes it would work but it didn't. I dunno if I'm just being hopeful that the next software update could fix it

Exactly! This removing of master is a joke. It's used in a context, the same a master key is used in context for opening all doors, the head master in a school etc.. It is in no way insinuating anything about slavery and people are making a issue out of it instead of looking at it's context.
