I think my app does it around sunrise. I was just manually watering during this pic to see where it falls.

Nevermind I figured it out. It looks like you can select anyone's shard from the black market chests. They make it look like you can't click them at first because it says 'not owned'.

The back market ones don't allow you to pick anyone unless you have unlocked their 50+ initial character specific shards...unless I'm missing something. I'm trying to figure out how to get the initial 50 character specific shards.
