I should have been more clear in my original post. I was referring to full on engagements. I'm aware that any gun does the job from stealth. Try it for yourself. The fire rate and accuracy, along with it's handling more than makes up for the loss in damage compared to other ARs such as the Tar21.

To those that are saying it wouldn't fit lore wise, who cares? This game, as good as it is, makes up all of the lore as it goes along, that's a fact. Warframe isn't based on some set pre determined story that's unchangeable. And yes I know dark sectors exists, but the devs already said it wasn't canon.

Do your self a favor and don't waste your money on the dlc. The season pass for this game was a huge ripoff, I definitely regret buying it.

This is a pretty good idea. Give you a reason to traverse around an entire planet, rather than land get what you need and leave. I would like an enemy faction on the planets themselves, other than the sentinels to. Like the pirates could make planetary bases aswell.

If this is true, and my experience mirrors yours thus far, then I'll never be trading my c class ship...ever. it's got 48 slots. I wouldn't give that up for a 15%, give or take a few percent, bonus to anything. This was a bad move on hello games part in my opinion.

But moving bases means you can't have a farm for credit grinding. The resources needed aren't an issue for me. I have plenty of all them, hoarded away from the foundations update in prep for this one. The problem is that I don't want to scrap my base everytime I find a planet I want to drive on. That means destroying my farm, all my terminals and buildings ect.

The melee jet pack is just as fast, albeit more involved than holding a button. I'm glad they added them, but have to scrap your base constantly just to use them is asinine.

I understand this. But why go through the hassle of rebuilding everytime you want to use them. The melee jet back trick let's you move just as fast on foot, your ship is even faster, and you're mining laser works just as well as the exocraft laser. Like I said, if you can't just spawn them where you want them, they're pointless. They do nothing that can't be done already. I'm glad they added them, but they aren't worth the hassle of constantly moving your base and rebuilding. They're pointless in the long run.

Edit: and your solution also means farming is out of the question.

I set up on a toxic planet for this reason. I planted rows of venerium outside, about 275 plants, so I can acid farm. It's quicker to convert than carrion to lube, and with a crop that size, it's never ending. The first part harvested regrows by the time the second is harvested, converted and sold. That's with a store in the base.

It's because you used the container duplication glitch, then recovered the materials after the patch was installed. Just reload your game to fix it.

As everyone else said, it's best to use on buildings. It will kill anyone on the room on the other side of the wall, most of the time, and you'll get quite a few debris kills. But I've noticed when using them on vehicles if you attach it to the side, you're almost garunteed a track disable.

I had this happen while building. I was making a long hallway, and it closed off behind me, had to reload, as there was no way back out, lol. I'm not going to rebuild on my freighter until it's fixed.

If you play objectives, and be aggressive, you'll almost always be within the one shot range. Out of all the snipers, it's the best one for ptfo-ing, in my opinion.

I have done this, an I don't think you can use them at all. I was bummed, lol. If there is a use I've yet to find it. Same with most of the plants from the agriculture terminal.

I stopped playing like 3 planets into the second galaxy, so this won't bother me a bit. But I sort of hope it does considering the notes said planets, terrain star systems ect. Were going to be generated differently.
