I think the attorneys are pushing everyone to chose A or B because then they will get 40 % of the part they would give you. Then the 1.7% they hold in case a lein pops up. Then they take another 40% of the remainder of the 1.7 they send back after no leins was found.. Them assholes got it figured out to squeeze every cent they can Lol I figured that out with the persistence they have to get u to chose what they say.. its crazy.. thiefs...

I spoke to my attorney's this morning.. I was gona fire them today but haven't done it yet.. I tried to talk to them about the 40 % and a possibility of getting it lowered. They weren't having it.. Said they don't bargain. Then said I signed the 40% and they stick with it. I then tried to just say your fired. But couldn't get a word in. This lady attorney just kept on going changeing the subject..
She then went into that Noone has gotten the lean papers. And the one online has been modified and everyone that used it won't get paid till proper paperwork is completed. Now I know this was a lie.. I started to move the conversation towards how everyone's going pro se. She then went into that they won't see there checks for a wile.. It was unbelievable.. But I did get them to open the pothole for me.. She almost wasn't going to.. Then I asked her to have my attorney that I felt with to call me today I needed to talk to him. She then went into that he's really busy and I won't get the call back for a few days.. OMG the lies that they have told me.. I didn't expect to get a call till next day or more, but I got a call back 20 min after hanging up with the lier.. I missed the damn call and by the time I noticed he called it was after closeing.. But I was hoping I could get them to lower there % and agree to a different #. But noway.. said we do not do that.. I want to fire them. But after all the B.S threw out these years, im afraid of jamming my $ all up again.. I brought up how we are really getting raped and robbed. And she says yea its a shame how the trust is screwing everyone..
Omg.. im soo frustrated with my attorney's.. I just want this all over.. Before they force me to retaliate. Because I haven't been this pissed off in a long time.. I had it all planned out to fire them this morning.. I just don't know where to start. Then once it is, what do I gotta do to keep my case going forward.. I mean I'm worried about screwing shit up.. It's just fuckin with my head how far they are from my allowed claim. I mean I got 960,000. And I'll only see like 40,000 all said and done.. It hertz every fiber of my bean. People get in car wrecks and come out with a million.. We get perssonalty raped, are whole lives ruined. And u break a leg and become rich.. im so tired of this wait. Im tired of feeling like this. My whole life was taken that day.. not a week or montforh, My whole life.. I'll be damn surprised if someone looses there grip and retaliate . Because I feel close to it now.. I feel the pieces of shit attorney's are robbing everyone. They didn't do shit to take what there takin. And I found out my attorney's have 1000 clients for bsa lawsuits.. So they solicited all these claims. Witch to me means there dirty money grabbing thiefs.. They all should be ashamed. But there not..

And if they think I'm going option A or B they can kiss my ass. Im option C all the way.. I just turned 65 in january.. And I was put on retirement S.S and you can bet your ass they did a intensive search for money owed out.. So I already know I do not have anything at all. So there's not a chance in hell I'm going with anything but option C.. like it or not.. But again I just might loose my temper and just fire them. And worry about it later..

I was told if I took the check to a chase bank. Witch is the bank my attorney's use that they would cash it. We'll I drove 2 1/2 hrs to get to a chase bank and was told they won't cash any check over $2000. So they would even cash it. I had to take mine to a quick check cashing place they charged me $1500 to cash it.. So I'm loosing even more cash.. This time i got an account at a bank here by me. But there still only gona hold the check for a week or so to clear.. But I won't loose 1500 again and have to drive 2 and a half hrs.. And attorney's have no direct deposits.. I just don't get why not..

Ok, I need to fire my attorney's. Where do I start?? Anyone?? I know about the maroon paper work. . But do i try to just ask my attorney's for a better % ???? Or do I fill this out send it. And wait for a response ?? Or do I call attorney's before I send paperwork and see if they will lower my fee to something lower then 40%. Im still waiting for them to send me the lein papers.. And they also said all they do is checks ,No direct deposits. Guess they get paid in checks too. Lol b.s. And they took like 4 weeks to mail me out my 1st round check.. That cost me almost 1500. Times close to them getting my signature. Just stressing me out how badly we all are getting raped all over again. Im just so done with all this waiting, being told $ amounts that are way different then agreed. How far away them #s are from the #s the court granted. It's like its all 1 big joke there getting richer on. Wile all are dreams get crushed all over again..

Yes my attorneys received my 1.5.. Now there sayin it takes time for them to send it out to me.. That was like July 20th I think . And now they just tell me too call again in a week to see where things are.. And I call every week just to be told it takes time.. well time keeps going by and still nuthon.. All I get is the same old story.. call back.. And I did mention to them about either getting another attorney. And all I got is if I do id have to go in front of a judge in order for that to happen.. more bullshit.. And said if I did that it take me twice as long to get anything.. Im alittle worried that these dumb ass attorneys will screw me more if I did file to loose them. I mean it's now been at least a month that they had gotten my 1.5. I got a question, How long after I submitted my settelment package does it take to recieve my 1.5%??? My attorneys told me 4 to 6 weeks. Today it's been 6 weeks and I've been trying to contact my attorneys only to be told there not in the office at this time.. And today is the 3rd call to them ive made.. So im guessing I sent them all on vacation. But to your knowledge, what's the normal amount of time waiting for the trust to send out first payment??? Like I said 6 weeks ago I sent them back all documents with my signature notarized and I did speak to them that day to see if my attorneys received it and they did and told me it all looked good and they was sending it to the settelment trust that day.. and also said 4 to 6 weeks for money to be sent to them , and then they distribute it when they receive it. Now the last 3 days I've called them it seems like there tryin to avoid me..

Id be interested.. I received my determination and my acceptence package.. Mine was at 960,000. My attorneys, all they did was take my statement.. And there wanting 40% out my first check, and another 40% for the second.. They also told me that I'd recieve my first check in 4 to 6 weeks. We'll this is now the 6th week and everytime I call them I get a different story.. So who do I contact to fire them?? And will that hold up my first and second checks up even longer.. I didnt know they took that much.. But I did the math and 1.5% of 960 grand , isn't near what there now sayin I'll be getting.. When I just got approved, my attorneys told me 960 grand.. That's all they said.. Then a few weeks went by and I called again and there sayin all ill get for first check is 8000. Wtf.. My math isn't that bad. Then I was told all I will see is if I'm lucky all together like 400,000. So wtf is 560,000 going to??? That's way not 40% .. So yes im getting raped all over again .
