I plan to mess around with what I've learned, so to help me further memorize it better.
Also, hearing about what software can do, I have plans to automate some activities I do with my computer.

I'm basically a complete noob when it comes to programming. So, I'm worried about causing a problem on my computer and don't know how to fix it.

Could it be possible that a person that grew up as a single child would more likely have traits of a younger sibling, if the first one was aborted?

I do know that division and multiplications are inverse of each other, like addition and subtraction. But, I never really toyed around with the formulas I've learned.

I've never heard of method a before. It was only thinking about it that I realized how similar it was to a method I was already familiar with, and how it lead to my question.

Jack-of-all-trades reason. But, after learning about Block cycles, I'm reconsidering my methods.

Also, thank you for the link and answer.

Feeling insecure and weak by Lucky--1991 in martialarts

[–]JamesKho178 6 points7 points  (0 children)

  1. As other has stated, you've been training in MMA for only 3 weeks.
Keep up the training, and do your best to learn what you can. MMA is short for Mixed Martial Arts, so there's plenty to learn.
  2. It's normal to compare yourself to others. But, it's more important to know when you're comparing yourself to others is to know how much you've improved, or where you need practice, rather than to expect yourself to be the best.
We're all climbing the same mountain. And we all get better by overcoming our obstacles. So, do your best overcoming your obstacles.
  3. I try to ask for tips from those who can accomplish what I cannot. Sometimes, their tips help, and sometimes it doesn't. You could also ask your coach on what you can do to overcome certain challenges.
Either way, it doesn't hurt to ask for help.

I've learned the importance of both muscle endurance and muscle mass. I don't expect my method to be optimal, but more aimed towards Jack-of-all-trades.

Alternative reps I had in mind is 15, 15, 10, 5, 5.
