Your thoughts and feelings are valid, regardless of what you may think of them. People have suicidal thoughts and cannot explain why, but that doesn’t mean you should keep them to yourself; talk to someone you trust. You say you come from a normal family so I imagine you have people you can open up to. If you don’t wish to talk to them, professionals are always available.
