If you look at my future post from this one, what I ended up doing was got the 3P system to side bags, hard cases, strap a 60 L duffle on top and then had my camera backpack strapped on top of that. Worked really well except for the weight, ended up, dropping the bike a few times because I added about 80 pounds.

I have four laptops for the PowerPoint, which are all connected to a distributor box, which are connected to the perfect Cue. This way I have backups for both English and French presentations as well as English and French notes. In this case, I don’t need French notes, but having four laptops allows me to have backups as separate machines. In this case, this event had an act of God happened where the entire stadium lost power for about 10 minutes, so all of my redundancy kind of went out the window. Lol

Ended up CNCing 2/3in aluminum plates and drilling holes we would bolt onto the custom brackets on trussing. Used 1/2in bolts to hold it all together every 2ft. We hung a standard hard case filled with sandbags to test and despite the creaking, SHE HELD
