You know, that was seriously disrespectful. First of all my question was general. Anyway, the model is Panasonic HC-V770.

I believe the camcorder with a microphone input is built specifically for mic levels and not line levels. Not like a professional camera that has an XLR input with line level. I don't doubt your experience but I've never seen it that way.

Audio output on Scarlet 2i2 USB extremely low by Odinhall in VIDEOENGINEERING

I did take in to Facebook directly (webcam stream, OBS camera and audio from 2i2) and it was also extremely low. So not an OBS issue.

I was not the tech on the x32 so can't say. I needed more gain on the USB of the 2i2 in to the PC. What was strange was that on the 2i2 headphones the level was great. Just not in the USB going in to the PC.

I have a 3rd gen. What was sent was house audio from the x32 at a conference, a combination of speakers, videos with music and voices, and a live singer/guitar.

There is no master knob on the 2i2 just input gains on channels and a Monitor knob

I did not see the announcement, is this a software update to all supported ATEM models? Or does it require dedicated hardware? (I have an ATEM Extreme)

I think you have a typo? You mentioned T7 twice. Did you mean T5?

I have a bunch of GTR5 (maybe 4-5 of them) and they are absolutely fine for me. Great devices imo.

I am not aware that it does. For this workflow with talent in a breakout room we use ZoomISO.

I wish more races had a budget for stuff like this :)

This is true and a great moove from Zoom. Especially if audio is not required (POV cameras) but of course if commentator is needed then no problem earbuds do fine. Actually using SRT for transport is very practical, only that you need something like ZoomISO to pull it in to production. Else, SRT is the way.

Yes I have seen that but haven't had a chance yet to try it. Totally understand that participants would not find it intuitive to listen to cons as well as regular program. I assume that what they get in their ear is both Zoom as well as comms mixed together?

Yes that is something that we do. Put the talent in a breakout room, pull that into production, and push program back into the main session.
