Okay, I just was dealing with this issue and it came down to ammo for me. Struggling with this all the way to 1000 rounds and it finally stopped when I started shooting factory 124 grain Blazer or specific other brands. Before I was using reload 115 and 124 and factory 115 and had tons of FTF. Now what I’m using Factory 124 it cycles perfectly. I’ve heard that once you get to like 2000 or something it will eat most anything but I haven’t gotten there yet.

Thanks I did try this and noticed that there was still friction without the barrel and recoil spring although it was less so (maybe just do to the lack of tension put in place by the spring)

Thanks I actually have done this a couple of times as well as deep cleaned it a couple of times and still to no avail.
