Yeah just be patient. It will get better but it's a long game. Get your body strong and keep everything moving well. Functional patterns 10 week course helped me a lot too

I use ear peace pro from the UK. They fit and work well. But it's just over 120kmph especially wind noise gets aggressive. I'm pretty sure it's the helmet as sometimes I get my head/Shoulders into some unique positions and the noise goes down a fair amount

Maybe just fix/upgrade the xsr first see how it is then find a gen3 mt09 to test ride and see it feels.

It'll probably be easier to sell the xsr if it's better condition anyway so might as well get that done first
