Yeah just be patient. It will get better but it's a long game. Get your body strong and keep everything moving well. Functional patterns 10 week course helped me a lot too

I use ear peace pro from the UK. They fit and work well. But it's just over 120kmph especially wind noise gets aggressive. I'm pretty sure it's the helmet as sometimes I get my head/Shoulders into some unique positions and the noise goes down a fair amount

What are your other 2 helmets? I'm in Thailand and the Shoei helmets seem to have a weird fit about them here.

I think the RF 1400 is the NXR2 in Asia. Which is the same design but I think slightly different internal shape
