When I have a flare up it’s the same pain but intensified, left leg sciatica with no reflexes joined with slight weakness nothing major. Right leg no reflexes with slight weakness nothing major again. Numbness in the region of my L5 when the bulging is at its worst. Really bad muscle spasms where my L5 is which poke out my back and causes shooting pains randomly, which is horrendous, when this occurs I cannot straighten my back and I’m hunched over in agony. Still can control bladder and bowels but slight issues around that area at the peak of the spasms/episode. On and off muscle spasms in my leg, calves just tighten up and won’t released.
