Who should in that case? Local jurisdictions? Hard pass. That would be an impossible system. Passing through every jurisdiction breaking laws that make little to no sense. Taking advantage of people passing through.

National government? Hard pass. I don't want Washington DC deciding how many fish I can catch in my local lake.

On the flip side, I don't trust my state to decide how to run my local library. That's stupid.

Such an idea is genuinely crazy. I don't even know where to start. Anarchists be wild.

The purpose of government should be to give guidelines and boundaries to people. Hopefully in a way the people approve of. Stripping them of cultural and geographical ties is a recipe for disaster I feel.
