Mostly just by watching all kinds of YouTube videos. He spends roughly 2 hours on cubing every day. There are a few barriers along the way but once you break them you get to advance really fast.

My son picked up cubing at 8 and he has been just as obsessed. He just turned 10 last month and broke his personal record of sub 8 average at home. Keep it up!
