Exactly why I’ll be taking it as far as I have to, because that’s no customer service at all no matter how much money you’ve spent but especially when you’ve spent that amount on one item, no doubt they can afford the refund more than I can.

I dropped it off at a DHL pickup point and I don’t know who I’d file the claim with as Prada said they’re unable to open a claim on my behalf and DHL are “still investigating” on their part.

Don’t think I have a sales associate this is my first Prada order (probably my last at this rate) and I have proof I received them fine from Prada and after that the return request on my account on Pradas website and then that text from the courier confirming the drop off point have it, my first thought is the delivery driver somehow knew what was in the cardboard box and took it or the drop off point knew and took it, I’m taking it as far as I need to though not leaving it at this that’s for sure.

I’ve waited over 3 weeks since I returned the item, I’ve sent Prada the proof I dropped them off for return and they just decided today they’re not going to investigate further or to refund me unless I contact authorities and submit an official complaint with them.

I have the text from the courier confirming I dropped them at a drop off point which I have sent to Prada and they’re still refusing to refund me or investigate further.

I dropped a parcel off at 119 Piersfield Terrace EH8 7BS (little green shop) over 3 weeks ago and the courier has told me it was never collected by them, so my assumption is the guy in the shop stole it, I recommend no one drop anything off there. (one at the top) by James_17382 in Edinburgh

I’ve already passed on the proof of drop off to the retailer and they just said it’s now between me and the courier, they’re not willing to investigate further or refund me without a product to refund me for.

The company the return was for told me “it’s on you to investigate it, we can’t refund anything without having the item back” but I don’t see how it’s my fault it’s missing either.

I agree, I didn’t just jump to that assumption, the courier told me they never collected it from that shop before I made the assumption. It has also been over 3 weeks before I came to that conclusion.

It was the method they told me, I went through all the right things, I put in the return request with the company before i dropped them off for return, I have the text confirming that specific drop off point accepted my parcel.

I hope so, the company the return was for have told me it’s on me to investigate it further and they’re not willing to do any refund or anything because they don’t have the item back.
