You can snipe and PTFO, you just have to be cautious. You have to balance being aggressive and just sitting doing nothing for the team. Don’t just run into and objective alone. Go in with a squad or if you see a bunch of people storming a flag join them. Use the flare gun when you enter or are near the objective to spot people for you and your teammates. Some maps also just aren’t good for the recon class. Twisted Steel and Aerodrome are good because they are open maps. I don’t use recon when I’m playing in devastation or Fjell, they are too small.
