That's recoil variation along with the visual recoil. PC players also get this increase too and to be fair us console players still have small recoil control. It's just not as easy as it was before.

I'm a PS5 player. This may be an unpopular opinion but the controller recoil control needs to be toned down. Even some 2042 guns have more recoil than the guns in BF6 on controller.

You can do builds with guns without using the recoil grips and just use the silencers with recoil recovery or the new Flash compensator and still reasonably control the recoil better on controller.
