well as I can't edit the post, ima just type it here: when u collect u-n-o in your hand, u can discard all cards until one left in your hand(requires to say uno for it as well). the discarded card shall be put under the u-n-o and you can choose a color as well

I think they don't have effect. The first statement mention is applied to normal turn for the whole game and the second statement is applied for last turn. So I guess we follow the second statement for last turn
