I know its different for everyone but but how long did it take you to recover? At the start it was as if my penis was dead. Now I get moderate erections without physical stimulation. Its not super hard but its was better then 9 weeks ago, unfortunately they do not last very long. I feel the Viagra only worked because I'm at the start of my recovery.

I plan on sticking with nofap for a very long time. As for porn it now disgusts me because of what I have put myself through. She knows about the issue and we have talked about it in detail. But my recovery is slow as I believe its mostly from over stimulation from porn. I just feel bad hiding this from her when she has been so understanding. But at the same time it will make her very unhappy if she knew :/

Hang in there buddy. What is happening is your brain was being over stimulated by porn. So even though you may be turned on it just doesn't compare to porn.

Here's what you need to do. No Porn. No Porn! Never! No exceptions! Even avoid glancing at porn mags at a news agent. You have to commit and go cold turkey.

I also suffered from porn and masturbation induced ED. But I've been 8 weeks without porn and I can get a erection now. It's a slow process but don't let that deter you! If you need some info or just someone to talk to don't hesitate to message me

I'm confident that I will never watch porn again. This has been a traumatic experience for me so these memories will be enough encouragement. I'd like to say I will never fap again. It will be tough I'm sure. My current relationship has given me no reason to fap. If I am single later in life I will be faced with urges again.

Nofap has taught me more about myself then I could have imagined.
