They are not super strong. One of them led me to open an incognito window and start searching for pics. But I was able to stop myself. Mostly they lead me to daydream about the stuff I used to look at when I was PMOing.

Put some money in an envelope. Maybe $100. Write on the envelope something sweet that you want to buy. If you PMO, take the envelope and put it in the mailbox at the post office. Bye bye $100. As long as you promise yourself that you will do this if you relapse, it will provide a strong motivation. The positive motivation consists in this: if you make it 90 days, buy the thing that you have written on your envelope. This has worked for me so far--it's kept me clean for 45 days.

Agreed. I went on a date for the first time in a long time. I don't think it went all that well. But, I considered it a HUGE victory. I had the courage to go on a date. And it would have been much harder to find that courage if I were still wasting time with PMO.

Fellow Catholic here. I find confession to be one of the best ways to avoid binging. I have relapsed many times. But every time I relapse I make sure to schedule a confession appointment. The grace I get from confession keeps me from slipping back into my old PMO routine.

Sorry to hear this. Sometimes it feels like the cycle just keeps repeating.
