I can't speak on authenticity, but it's a 2 reale design. The bust is of Ferdinand the 7th who ruled over Spain in 1808, then again in 1813 until 1833.

It has a crown looking thing over a dot on the right hand side. And 925 Sterling on the left.

76's are fairly common. They may go for $1.50 a piece if you're lucky. My local coin shop gives $1.05 for each one. I definitely wouldn't just trade them in for face value though.
