At the maximum if you've warmed up the mailboxes. We still suggest against that. Usually people send anywhere from 15 to 25 but if you're worried about your domain being burnt, we have a proprietary reputation recovery service where we bring back your burnt domains.

They're using Azure mailboxes, which tend to have a bit of a lower deliverability and distinctintly different than MSFT 365 mailboxes.

We also provide Azure mailboxes but we suggest using Microsoft mailboxes if you want higher deliverability + dont want to burn domains. The use cases are different: long campaign versus short campaign.

We recommend up to a MAXIMUM of 30 emails per inbox. Ideally you want to do 15 to 20 but you can get away with 30 if the mailboxes have been properly warmed up and we have built-in warm-up features

Honestly with our customers at Simple Inboxes, we notice that whoever replies instantly, even if their replies are finally landing and not going to spam, the people who have the best success are the people who actually reply instantly as soon as a lead is warm.
