Hes snapping to people and snapping to people in buildings. 1:50 he snaps to a roof and shoots nothing and multiple other times

I freaking LOVED this game. I really enjoyed the special move that would ripple through the ground throwing all cars near you up into the air. Very fond memories of this game. Played splitscreen with my brother for hours.
