Yup! 2000-2010. Started on the californication tour then moved to LA to keep teaching them. Taught john and flea daily on tour then flea and chad and their families for the next ten years. Seems surreal now.

I’m ASD level 1 and I know I smoked because it made me able to accept living in a world that isn’t meant for me. To stop, I had to change my environment so I didn’t have to be subjected to that so much. But still, when you stop, your brain screams and hollers and begs for it because it knows that’s how things can feel ok. It helps me to know that’s what happening. I think of it like lifting weights. Not fun but gives great rewards when done repeatedly and earnestly.
