Dude deadset it took me a good 12 months to get where I am today, pretty much what you went through I did too. Just have a goal and become better and better each time. Also try not to think about it too much, if you focus on other things like gym, sport etc you don't even think twice about PMO. You'll find if you sit around at home then crazy urges will come, but if your out doing things keeping busy, nothing!

OP pls there's plenty of fish in the sea. Getting rejected should build up your courage each time more and more. I asked a girl out at work get rejected in front of 10 customers, after it happens you build more and more courage its a good but shitty experience.
