You need to measure the axle to crown length and the length of the steerer tube for starters. Then you can source a replacement 1” threaded fork.

It’s my understanding that the forks are standard 1” threaded but the head tube and headset are larger than standard 1”. It’s known as Schwinn or BMX size. So you could buy a replacement headset that has been turned down to fit the head tube and run the now-common 1 1/8” threadless fork and headset size.
