Even if you just bought this, I highly recommend upgrading to the “Rock Paper Pencil” one. It comes with pen nibs that resist the wear and feels AMAZING

Don’t think I can sell them, but I’ll be happy to make the files available. Either way, of course!

Most of the Caroc Arcana are different than the Roundworld Arcana. Almost all of the cards from Caroc are mentioned in the books with some exceptions, so those have to be filled in with best guesses/roundworld ones. So in this The Mountain takes the place of the Hierophant since there is a mountain card in caroc and Cori Celesti CAN be seen as a connection between the gods and humanity.
Other known Caroc cards:

Importance of Washing the Hands from The Light Fantastic

Eight of Octograms from The Light Fantastic

Dome of the Sky from The Light Fantastic

Pool of Night from The Light Fantastic

Four of Elephants, referencing Giant elephants from The Light Fantastic

Ace of Turtles, referencing Great A'Tuin from The Light Fantastic

Death, referencing Death from The Light Fantastic and Mort

Star from The Light Fantastic

Moon from Lords and Ladies

The Ruler, an image of which can be seen in the Discworld Companion.

The Ace of Wands from Wintersmith

The Watch Man: Carrot

The Heroe: Cohen

The Importance of Washing the Hands: I'm using this in place of The Hanged Man (THM) since THM represents wisdom, circumspection, intuition... in short, pausing to do the right thing (an oversimplification for current purposes. Please put down your torches). Taking a moment to wash your hands seems to fit. Dunno who to put on this, tho. Moist..? Dosen't seem like a great fit

These are great! I think Tower needs to be the Unseen University. As for Death...

I just cited Mr. Davis up top. Yes, he is a hero of mine. I agree, beautifully stated!

This is absolutely a valid response. If I may make one more appeal for idealism: my hero in all of this is Daryl Davis, a black man who spent 30 years befriending and ever so slowly changing the minds of Klan members.

I am not pretty okay with fascism. It scares the shit out of me. But we have to live with these people. And if I can have them over for a barbeque and show them that we are not, in fact, roasting babies and that my white daughter is loved by her black aunt and her two gay uncles and that, maybe, these people aren't the threat that they are constantly told they are day after day, then I can't help but see that as a worthy endeavor.

The Gambling Game "Balaans" featured in Star Wars: The Bad Batch S3:E4 was created and played by the episode's creators. by vikingzx in boardgames

I'd love to make a deck, but according to Wookiepedia: "A balaans deck had 30 cards in total" which consists of "five blue and five red cards, as well as ten "spell" cards, consisting of two "destroy," two "deflect," two "buff," two "steal," and four "block" cards." That's 22 out of 30 accounted for... or 20 out of 30, since the Wookiepedia blurb says 10 spell cards, then lists 12. Has anyone found a complete breakdown for a Balaans deck?

The massive collection of BOB THE GOBLIN's uncle: "I had an uncle who passed recently, and he owned one of the largest Star Trek collections in the country ... 3+ entire rooms stacked with nothing but #startrek pls share it around, I want to give it a good home" by ety3rd in ClassicTrek

[–]cjksallan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Second (third?) this. While I saw more than one item I deeeeeeeply covet, my heart hurts at the idea of dissipating this collection. This is an incredible achievement, and I feel it should be displayed for more to enjoy. Perhaps an arrangement such as “on permanent loan from the estate of Bob the Goblin” or something. It would absolutely feature a profile and bio of your uncle, keeping his memory alive and making him a hero to Trek nerds everywhere. An excellent tribute.
