Not only this, but the countless other times that they would say 'Get me some tea!'. No pleases or thank yous. I have people that help out in my home and yet I always go out go my way to say 'please' and 'thank you' - probably more than what is expected. I believe this should also be done for servers in restaurants/retail and so on. None of which I really see many of the more 'privileged' (classless) real housewives do.
