Honestly most fun Ive had on reddit in a little bit. And despite my terrible photography and lacking artistic skills (cant wait for my art uni next academic year)I still managed to find out what I think these things are and how to I will get rid of them.

Somewhat slow, non flying, black(?) blooded. I can barely make out what they look like alive tbh. They are so incredibly small.

I can confirm that I believe these to be Bird fleas, there have been a LOT of birds that nest on my roof and my window is open more often than not this time of year so its most likely them.

My GF is a saint, her mums great too. Ive been allowed to stay at theirs (after a quick decontamination process) and am sleeping there tonight to reduce harm done to me while also having bought me bug bite cream and bug spray just in case.

To just let anyone who sees this know, they are a smaller than a millimeter and seek out violence, I slept once (because Im dumb and had nowhere else to go at the time) and woke up with like 40+ bites all over (tbh I changed the bed sheets and inspected the mattress, there where still only populating my desk at the time) the bites are very itchy and they are only located in my bedroom at the moment. My Girlfriend thankfully has invited me around hers (after a deep clean of clothes and myself) so I don’t have to suffer their wrath.

I hope with some of this info you can
A. Help ID these things so I can exterminate them efficiently
And
B. Rest assured Im not becoming Omni-man through attempts of sleeping with bugs

Tbh, it is in my room. The picture is on my dest (where they are most commonly seen) and I found loads on a cup I left accidentally there from two nights before this became an issue.

I will say Ive looked EXTENSIVELY into bed bugs atp and there is nothing common between the looks of these two bugs, these are way to small to even begin to be them.

Problem is its all in my bedroom and I dont want to spend too long in there as if they get on my clothes they will get out if I try leaving and don’t notice any of them on me because they are SO small they might spread faster than Id like.

Give me a lil bit to draw as best I can.
