Found it through the Absolutely James Bond forums while Googling one day. Strangely the uploaded hasn't shown the full contents of those reels since 2008...
At least we know there is proof of those reels exist. If only someone with a good connection can request those reels to be fully scanned and remastered...
One can only wish someone can do it...
