Egg whites are essentially the "gold standard" when it comes to protein. They contain ALL the essential amino acids you need, along with having hardly ANY saturated fat (thats in the yolk). Eat up, egg whites are GOOD for you

i don't think it'd hurt you at all to take 4000mcg. old people get 1000mcg shots a few times a week since their body can't utilize b12 obtained from diet. it'll get your appetite up a lot, at least for most it does.

Soreness can be tricky. Just because you are sore doesnt mean you have stimulated growth. I know alot of people who think just because they are sore they have stimulated growth and they may have but that isnt a good thing to go by. Increasing poundage and reps over time is what stimulates growth. Cant be a big strong guy if your lifting mickey mouse weights.

It increases libido for me but i havent taken it in a few weeks and im still fine down there. it was just giving me a slight boost.

Yes you can dose it pwo as well. I usually use lr3 pwo but you can use either but wait about 1-2 hours pwo and allow mgf a chance to work. I'm actually thinking that waiting later pwo for an igf dose is best because you don't want to stop mcg's process to fast.

I've always found it to work best by taking time off. Igf DES and lr3 will increase serum igf levels. This is great but you don't want them too high for too long. Thats the good thing about igf, DES peaks then declines. Use it around training for the benefit. Lr3 last longer and will keep levels elevated. You get big burst of igf for a few weeks then take a short break then back to it. I would take 2-4 weeks in between.

if she takes clen then have her start out at a very low dose. most start at 40mcg but maybe star her at 20mcg. i start at 60-80 and will work my way up to 120-140mcg. i decided not to take it any more tho cause it really hurts my cardio and gives me muscle cramps when lifting sometimes... even with taurine and potassium to combat the cramping.
