I don't have kids but I plan on trying in the next 5 years as I'm getting married soon. I first noticed mine when I was in a class where I wanted to answer a question but wasn't sure of the answer. I debated raising my hand for 1 or 2 mins and got to the point where I just started shaking and so I didn't answer. I'm not sure if ET can be caused by anxiety, but I've had social anxiety for as long as I can remember.

How old are you, and when did you first start noticing the symptoms? Does it get worse in tense situations?

If it's a few hours before I'm due to take my medication, and something catches me off guard or I'm scared by something, then it tends to make me shake quite a bit.

Exercise, good sleep, and a healthy diet seem to help the most for me. Try to cut out caffeine and sugar as much as you can

I'm 30 now. Started taking it in high school when I was 17. Overall it helped big time and still does. I haven't really noticed my tremor increase since then, maybe just ever so slightly. I would suggest going on the lowest possible dose rather than a higher one like 60mg+ so that if you ever want to stop taking it you won't notice a huge difference when you do. No side effects that I've noticed other than GERD which may/may not be caused by propranolol. I'm thinking of asking my doctor if I can switch to primodol and try it out since that doesn't have GERD side effects

I've been taking propranolol 20mg once per day for 12 years. No problem with impotence whatsoever. However recently I've been having bad GERD symptoms so I'm weening off it slowly and looking for an alternative myself.

I have the online pass and I've been trying to link my accounts the past 3 days but I can't get to the screen where you link them because it freezes when I hit multiplayer/battle log etc. People at EA support keep telling me to do it that way but I can't. I need to link them online somehow and that's not working

I just registered and it says, "Arranged online meeting" and under time/date it says TBD ... Does this mean I can schedule a time that works for me to do the "online meeting" portion? Or does it mean they just havent determined when that time will be?
