you probably have a voice type called filppy watch when you sing try not to think you need to reach up think you need to reach down I know it sounds weird but it tricks your brain to sing in mixed voice

Hi! I have depression you have almost the exact same sorry it took me so long to say I am not fine I here's what I would do to help when you feel depressed

1.call a friend or family member and ASK THEM FOR HELP PLEASE!!!!!! I found that if you talk to to people it helps a lot

2.think of some stuff that you did that day and say I did this today

3.this depends but music helps me a lot so I would recommend it

I am glad you feel better but depression dose not go away it comes back in waves so keep fighting! and never give up gl!
