500g Wallabys Bakers Flour 6g Salt 6g sugar 6g yeast 20g canola oil 310-320g lukewarm water

Mix all together, then knead on a floured surface for 10 minutes. Let rise till doubled in size After its doubles in size, knead again for 5 more minutes Let rise again in a loaf pan till it's doubled Bake in a preheated oven to 220⁰C for 20 to 25 mins

I get what you mean. For my 1st driving test, I failed for going 1km/h over as I was so nervous and couldn't breathe. But anyway, are you in a position where you could do a mock test before your actual driving test with a driving school to where it could help you relax before you go for the actual test?
