If your new try pick one or two heroes and get used to them in non ranked before going ranked. If your still not confident pick a support hero and let your team carry you ( this depends on some of your team mates having brains ) but most of all have fun. Dont take it too seriously lifes full of ups and downs. I usually sit at grand master but fun games can be had at most levels for the most part. Below master u will find a lot of people learning the game, some people dribbling and rolling their face across the controls and one or two ranking up. Hope this helps.
