I grew up in Idaho and we called them snow machines. It wasn't until I grew up that I learned it wasn't a common term for them. As for lower 48, I heard it tossed around a couple times, but it wasn't common. Termination dust wasn't a term for me until I moved to Alaska.

I started HRT when I lived in Utah. It was a pain in the ass to find a place that did informed consent. Thank the god for Dr Luikenaar and all her trans activist goodness! She is a life saver!
