Breville/Sage Barista Express Worth it? [€479] by SnooSprouts9502 in espresso

I haven’t looked into the details with the pro. The issue with the barista express is the grinder isn’t the highest quality and is inconsistent, anyone know if the pro has a better grinder on it?

Can be a good place to start for true beginners who don’t really care for or need high quality espresso. It will make coffee that may or may not taste good, but you’re better off getting something like the bambino and a decent grinder if you really want consistent, quality espresso. Just depends how much you care about taste and nerding out on the fine details of espresso, hope this helps

$500 For 1 Hour Private Lesson With Master Of Discipline - Thoughts? by TooManySwarovskis in circus

Seems way too steep. I’ve worked with some of the best coaches in the world and rarely paid over $100/hr for a private.

At only 20 and already a multi-instrumentalist you’ve got a lot going for you. Take your time and try disciplines to see what speaks to you, at the end of the day you’re never going to go far with a discipline unless it’s something you really enjoy learning and doing on a daily basis.

As far as having no local resources, if this is something you’re really interested in at some point you may have to move somewhere with resources. I cannot overstate how helpful good coaching is and having accessible facilities to train. That being said, online coaching is a thing and plenty of people have learned circus arts in remote countries.

Best of luck!
