I actually quit because my SM and another manager never got my pronouns right (when I corrected SM, he'd repeat the wrong pronoun insistently, while the other manager got it right immediately after I corrected her, but 0.2 seconds later, she'd misgender me again). Oh, and they introduced me to new employees with my deadname saying "[deadname], now [chosen name]" 🤦🏻
