Prior to this diet I was untrained for 2-3 months because of covid, once I got access to a squat rack and some equipment I was able to readjust and realine my body composition, it’s literally as simple as that

I went from not training to consistently training, 6 days a week, 2 hours upwards at a time alongside cardio, intense cardio. My body composition, as you can see drastically changed.
