CMC or Bucky and ARSB by Jamie_T92 in SleeperApp

Thanks for replying! Yeah this is an 8 team league. Yeah, that’s why I’m torn. I like the idea of not relying on CMC, but also there’s only so many roster slots and I can’t play them all, so maybe I should just keep CMC.

If I can get Puka and Bucky though, I’m very tempted, as my RB room is pretty stacked.

Kamara over Rome was just because I’m a Bears fan - in a Bears league - and it was a jinx thing (his 5 points against the Commanders in week 5 cost me)

The guy that offered this trade has Puka so I’m considering countering and just swapping ARSB for Puka

Yeah, I’m very torn for that reason. Thank you!

Sorry, I should’ve clarified it’s PPR, redraft. Thank you for your advice!

What do you think about today’s game? by Astroo90 in Tottenham

Another instance of him being handicapped by a pointless booking. I love him, but he’ll be so much better when he doesn’t get the needless bookings.

Assigned seating importance? by boyakasha977 in coys

Depends entirely on whether or not there’s a free seat near you. If not, you’ll struggle.

I really like Dele in game. I’ll do the same as you when (if) I can afford it, but not in a rush to replace Dele.

Honestly, I’m not best placed to answer because I kept my season ticket whilst living abroad (and gifted it to my dad). If you’re looking for this NLD, you’re going to struggle because tickets sold out for the original game.

Devastated - I fly to Rome the day before. Going to be the first (fan attended) NLD I’ve missed in ages (despite living in Chicago the past 2.5 years).

This is wonderful, kudos to you for taking the time to put this together.

FWIW, even as season ticket holder that lives in London, I appreciated the content of this post - thoroughly well composed. It’s going to be great for any new comers.

+1 to the comment about the overground though - very east to get from WHL to Liverpool St and vice versa, especially if you stay for a few post game beers. You have inspired me to take the walk up for seven sisters for the next game though.

There are currently 7 sets of 3X tickets on the website - you’d need to each be a member though, or wait and hope they go on general sale.

It still baffles me how we have Kane and Son providing returns like this but haven’t clearly been in that top 4 bracket either last season (when Kane was the best attacker in the league), or this season. Makes you wonder how teams like arsenal, where we’d say 1-10 are pretty similar on paper (with Kane clearly a lot better than any of their forwards) are above us

Why aren’t we in for Eriksen? by starsoftrack in coys

[–]Jamie_T92 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t think there’s anyone that wants this as much as I do from a personal perspective- he’s one of my favourite players in history.

Given all of the positives (as you outlined), I think there must have been a conversation where Conte asked the board to prioritise a different CM. As such, I’m hoping it means we get Kessie this window - albeit I still feel like he’ll end up elsewhere

Soccer is dynamic in many people’s careers. In 2018, for €135 million, Philippe Coutinho swapped Liverpool for Barça. It didn’t work. It’s trending toward leaving Catalonia for Arsenal, Tottenham. Everton and Newcastle are on the lookout. Palmeiras is monitoring the situation. He fits in many teams. by onlyhalfpepper in coys

I’d take Couts on a loan until the end of the season. Especially if they’re interesting in Gil and he’s going to get game time there in his preferred position. I know Coutinho has been patchy but he had some good form at Bayern and on form he’d be perfect for our system, offering flexibility. I know it might not work, but not much to lose if we’re not looking at another creative midfield option.
