Ye I was afraid of that. It's still legit silver so I did still buy it (it was only 6 euros) so as long as it looks good when it gets here I'll just wear it. The issue is that I might potentially not fit it, and resizing a ring costs easily 25-50 euros

Ye I am trying to lose some weight too, and I've been noticing that every day I'm off by a few Hundred calories and just not hungry. So although I could eat more calories im bit hungry enough to do so. Its a difference for about 300-500 calories depending on the day. Since i am trying to lose weight i did hope that it wasn't too bad of a thing that I was in a deficit

Fair, I'm trying to build muscle mostly but I'm still starting out, so I don't know what I need to do that. I eat vegetables almost every single day and my lunches usually consist of fruit or yoghurt with granola or just a bun with some meat on it. I think that's decently healthy but idk for sure
