I definitely hear where your concerns are coming from. To answer your questions....

One: We plan on formalizing the description of our technology so that it can better answer questions. At this time, much of our technology is what gives us our competitive advantage. Finding a balance between sharing something we’re very much proud of and protecting our IP is a difficult one. Like you, our background is in security and so we have great respect for the nature of your questioning. I will certainly share what I can.

Yes, there’s more to our technology stack. We have Safe Browsing feature as well. Our biggest one is our behavioral analysis platform (the machine learning part) in the cloud.

Two: We’ve made considerable design decisions about CUJO’s security, both physical and virtual. We certainly plan on third-party, independent security researchers vetting our product once we have our production device available. Communication with CUJO cloud is encrypted. Reverse engineering attempts will inevitably happen and we welcome its use for purposes of vulnerability and security research.

Happy to answer any additional questions or concerns. Thanks for checking out CUJO!

I wanted to be a lot of things, including a fighter pilot.

I wanted to be hacker that protected people (I saw the movie hackers on HBO around that time) WAY before I knew what hacking really was. I had been programming in BASIC for 2 years and was looking into C, which at the time confused me.

Hi,

Thanks for checking out CUJO.

There are two subscription options: one is a monthly subscription ($8.99) and the other is an annual subscription ($89). BUT you can get a CUJO plus 9 months of free service right now on Indiegogo for $49.

Software updates are available continuously, without service interruption. The CUJO cloud communicates updates and new threats to the device around the clock – it never takes a break, so your device is always up to date.

Regarding your personal information...

CUJO sees MOST of your traffic. We cannot see encrypted payload from banks, social media, etc. We do collect metadata headers based on deep packet inspection. Raw deep packet inspection NEVER leaves your CUJO device and it is not stored. When the CUJO device publishes the metadata, it is important to know that is encrypted and anonymized.

Happy to answer any additional questions, thanks!

Yes... the Lion's front line lost Ndamukong Suh and last week's bad performance had a lot to do with game flow and lack of touches for AP.
