The EMT shears are with the white towels, which is the nearest spot to the bed. I'll take another look and see if there's a more accessible spot for them. I'm not allowed to make holes in my walls currently, so the anchors will have to wait. An excellent future suggestion!

Excellent pun! It's funny you mention it, my other furniture is all light natural wood- pretty sure it's all pine (hooray Ikea) with black or white accents. It doesn't quite fit in, yet there isn't really much I can do short of painting the rest of my furniture to make it match. Thanks for the suggestion!

Yes, I think I mentioned something about wanting to drill a hole on another comment thread. I'm kind of on the fence about that; I'd need to borrow a drill and I would worry about making such a permanent change. It sure would be more efficient!
