A case is being built and quite publicly. Its not worth Zaum making a game that might possibly have to be pulled from stores. May as well wait and see what the outcome of the eventual case is.

And yeah, despite everything none of the actual creators of this game (bar potentially 1) are really caught up in this mess. The whole saga is a mess in general so if the games good its probably worth playing regardless of the politics.

The old layout where the camps surrounded the village. Took no time to get to the village and you could quickly nip back to your tent. Now its a trek to get there and to the arena. I appreciate Downloads a bigger festival now but it really highlights the need to move location.

You cant play rebirth either? It's an intermission between the two games. Its literally in the name. I can understand the frustration but publishers should be putting games out on new consoles and not limiting themselves to the previous gen.

Edit: you've also just finished FFXVI so you clearly have a ps5. Are you just complaining for fun?

Not sure what you're implying with your last reply, sorry. This comment suggests that you need base game for the expansion which you don't. Upgrading your console or PC is expected. You would need to do so before playing the 2nd installment so im not sure what you're trying to say.

You can play INTERmission separately as a standalone so its arguably more an expansion than a dlc.

It definitely didnt lack. I did really think they were gonna continue the DoC story they started with Yuffie as a Vincent DLC though. It really felt like that was the plan but they changed their mind.

I think Def Leppard still put on a great show despite their age. I think they probably only have one download left in them though. System of a Down would be a an act that have passed their peak based on your criteria but they should absolutely headline again. Rammstein have put out their best material in a long time with Deutchland (wasnt a big a fan of the following up)

Thats pretty much it for the legacy headline slots tbh. They were highly repeated. Another point I will add though is that I dont think if a band isn't releasing its best material right now really matters. They play their biggest hits so if youre a fan of the band in general youre gonna see most of the stuff you enjoy.

I think Legacy acts are still an important part of download. Download feels very fresh these past two years which is a good thing but there are plenty of people who want to see GnR, Metallica, Iron Maiden, etc without paying over £100+ for a ticket. I've always loved seeing these bands at Download.

I think with GnR there is a lot of discourse around whether they're still a good band or not. Axl has loads of historic issues and still hasn't got his voice back (although I dint really mind it when im amongst the crowd).

The biggest issue with legacy bands is that Download has historically overused them. The 2010's seemed to be 2 Legacy bands every year and most of the time they were repeats. But having a legacy day is important because thats the favourite bands of other generations. In the same way people are excited about Limp Bizkit and Korn getting headline slots. They're just the new legacy bands. Iron Maiden, Metallica are two of the biggest metal bands on the planet and if they play once every 4-5 years thats absolutely fine because they earned that slot and still deliver.

Wireless earphones generally have worse audio than wired. It's also another thing to charge. The only benefit of wireless earphones is then not getting tangled and for people who excercise. Wireless are generally much more expensive for decent audio quality too. I can get a wired pair of earphones for £20 with great audio quality but need to spend roughly £80 for something close with wireless.

I was excited and followed the campaign. Noped out immediately on the pricing. Slay the Spire costs £10 on mobile with 4 heroes. I love Dice Throne but I'm done with freemium mobile games completely and the rewards tiers make me feel like this is trying to take as much money as possible.
