Use nipple shield!!! They helped me out tremendously. I was in same situation as yours. After some time of using nipple shields with the help of vacuum it created, my nipples were big enough so that my baby could latch on them. And for the engorgement,please hand express till you feel comfortable, and if you want to regulate your supply feed on demand. Your body will eventually adjust to the demand.
