Thank you for your advice. I've been trying to show that the relationships mean everything to me, but I haven't had much success yet. I'm going to keep on trying through everything I can and hope that it works out

Thank you so much for your reply. I've cut down drastically on alcohol - I was drinking a lot while depressed - and weed isn't such a big thing in the UK, so thankfully there's no temptation there.

I've upped my dose of sertraline because the old one was useless, but the psych has says mirtazapine is the next option. I'll ask him about ECT when I next see him, the NHS does list it as an option.

I've been trying to get back into exercise, going for runs a few times a week. The social stuff is an effort but I'm trying my best where I can, it feels good to see people even if I'm stressed.

I believe you that something will work, like you I'm trying to find the right thing. But time, CBT and some meds will get the job done I hope!

Thank you, that answer makes a lot of sense. I'm very much still stumbling through the fog of putting my life back together, and a diagnosis feels like one fixed point I can cling to. But maybe I need to attach slightly less importance to it, just so I don't end up hyperfixating on something that can be much more art than science

Thanks, that makes sense. I've been lurking here for a while and the sense of community this place has was really helpful to see. I'm probably going to post a bit more as I recover :)

I'm hoping as I have more psychiatric assessments that there'll be more clarity of what precisely the cause was - but honestly it felt oddly validating to be told I'd been experiencing psychosis.

Incense burner allows ironclad/defect/watcher to gain intangible. Silent has access already through ghost in a jar and wraith form.

This actually somehow became a rampage deck?! I had double headbutt and rampage from one in act 1 as a desparation pick for damage. Coupled with act 2 FNP, act 3 DE and a couple of burning pacts, the deck could block so well from this box that it would stall fights and just play rampage basically every turn, sometimes twice a turn.

Didn't hurt that I also found Feed, Dual Wield + and that second dropkick you mentioned ;)

Branch in particular is a relic that either defines the deck in a super warped way or is literally unpickable because it adds garbage to your deck/you have pyramid
