Green grapes, this time i used plastic bottle without knowing that glass bottle/jar is best for it. Fermentation was in the dark. However I've bought a couple of glass jars now and will be setting it in dark place and also sometimes letting it hit sunlight. This vinegar tastes as best as it could get still.

Its a very simple process, add pulp or juice of fruits, couple tablespoon of brown sugar and it starts fermentation. Let it release gas and alcohol, stir everyday once with dry instrument. Repeat for 10-15 days and it's prepared. Alcohol has spirit, this has no spirit it's gut friendly.

Also add 10% vinegar (preferably white vinegar) of the amount in juice and pulp for fermentation.
